THANDAI SANDWHICH

Ingredients to make THANDAI SANDWHICH

  • FOR COVERING:
  • 200 gm malai paneer
  • 1tbsp Maida
  • 1/2 tsp saffron yellow colour (optional)
  • FOR RABDI : 1/2 cup full fat milk
  • 1/2 cup Cream
  • 3 tbsp Milkmaid
  • 2 tbsp thandai syrup
  • 2 tbsp dryfruits (halfcrushed)
  • 1 tsp Cardamon powder
  • FOR FILLING; 3 Tbsp grated khoya
  • 2 tbsp paneer grated
  • 2 tbsp dryfruits (half crushed)
  • 1 tsp Cardamon powder
  • 2 tbsp thandai syrup

How to make THANDAI SANDWHICH

  1. FOR COVERING: 1. Grate malai paneer. mix maida and saffron yellow colour. Make it smooth in mixer. knead it properly. 2. In dhokla thali, grease with ghee. spread paneer mixture like thin roti. steam with steamer for 5 mins. let it cool
  2. FOR FILLING: Mix all the ingredients of filling. set aside.
  3. FOR RABDI : Mix all ingredients of rabdi. let it cool in fridge.
  4. ASSEMBLING: 1. Make rectangle cut (or give a shape of your serving bowl) on steamed paneer. center it with filling, like a sandwich.
  5. 2. In serving bowl , pour rabdi, set paneer stuffed sandwich, again pour rabdi on it. Garnish with dryfruits & cardamom powder.
  6. 3. freeze it for 5 to 6 hours. serve chilled.
