Ingredients to make Mango Angoor Rabdi

  • 1 cup sweet mango pulp
  • 1 litre full fat milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • half lemon juice
  • water as required
  • saffron threads or almond for garnish

How to make Mango Angoor Rabdi

  1. Cook half litre milk till it thickens for rabdi..keep aside.
  2. Boil half litre milk add lemon juice in it and stir well.
  3. Drain curdle milk into strainer and wash 2 to 3 times with water.
  4. Mix fresh cottage cheese with your fingers.
  5. Give it round dumpling shape and make into small laddus.
  6. In a saucepan add sugar and 3 to 4 cups water, make sugar syrup and add all dumplings in it. Cook it for 5 minutes. Leave it to cool.
  7. In a bowl add rabdi, condensed milk, mango pulp and add all dumplings in it.
  8. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  9. Garnish with saffron thread and almond. Serve chilled.
