Ingredients to make Mango Thandai

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Mango Puree
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • Crushed Ice
  • 6-7 Peppercorns
  • 2 Caradmom
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon Khaskhas
  • 5 Saffron sprigs
  • Mix nuts
  • Mint leaves for garnishing

How to make Mango Thandai

  1. Heat milk in a pan till thick and add sugar.
  2. Grind all dry ingredients and make masala.
  3. Soak nuts and khuskhus.
  4. Cut mango and make puree of it.
  5. When milk thickens add all things in mixer and blend.
  6. Add crushed ice and serve.
