Chocolate ice cream

Ingredients to make Chocolate ice cream

  • 1/2 liter full fat milk
  • 8 tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 table spoon + 1 tea spoon GMS powder
  • 1 table spoon + 1 tea spoon corn flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon CMC powder
  • 1 table spoon cocoa powder
  • 1 table spoon Drinking chocolate
  • 1 tea spoon vanilla custard powder

How to make Chocolate ice cream

  1. Take out half katori milk from 1/2 liter milk and mix corn flour, gms , cmc,vanilla custard powder , drinking chocolate , cocoa powder.
  2. Boil rest of the milk in a pan and add sugar. Give it a boil.
  3. Add 1/2 katori milk in the pan and keep boiling till spoon coating ( it will take 8 -10 minutes)
  4. Let it cool for 1 - 2 hours and then pour the mixture in air tight container and keep it in the freezer for 6 - 7 hours.
  5. After 6 hours cut the cubes of ice cream. Blend it and add 2 tbsp of fresh cream(malai).
  6. Again put it in the freezer for 4-5 hours.
