Ingredients to make Khandvi

  • besan 2 cup
  • curd 1 cup
  • haldi 1 tbsp
  • Green chilli 2
  • salt
  • Corriender
  • Grated coconut 1/2 cup
  • Sessame seeds 1 tbsp
  • mustard seed 1 tbsp
  • 4TBSP oil

How to make Khandvi

  1. Mix besan or curd
  2. Add haldi,salt,green chilli &salt
  3. Make a better ,
  4. Heat a kadai put mixture
  5. Continue stir for 8 min
  6. Now pour better into kitchen platform or disc
  7. Make a roll
  8. Now heat a pan add oil ,sesseme,mustrd.put into.khandvi
  9. Serve with grated coconut & corriender
