Ingredients to make MANGO ICE CREAM

  • Safeda Mango Pulp - 2 mangoes (almost 2 cups)
  • Powdered Sugar - 1 and 1/2 cup
  • whipped cream - 1 cup
  • Mango Cubes for garnishing
  • Milkmaid - 1/4 cup (optional)
  • Tutty Fruity- for garnishing
  • Sugar Sprinkles for garnishing
  • Raisins and almonds for garnishing

How to make MANGO ICE CREAM

  1. Take a big bowl and pour the whipped cream in it
  2. Whisk it for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add powdered sugar in it and whisk again well.
  4. Now if you want to use milkmaid then add it otherwise you can increase the quantity of sugar as per mango's sweetness.
  5. At last, add mango pulp and mix with spatula for 2 minutes.
  6. Take one or two medium sized transparent bags
  7. Pour the mixture in these bags
  8. Lock it properly
  9. Freeze the bags for two hours.
  10. After the two hours, with the help of spoon mix the ice cream mixture again and the freeze again for 2 hours
  11. Take out the zip locked bags from freezer.
  12. Pour the ice cream scoop in a glass or bowl
  13. Garnish it with tutty fruity, dry fruits and sugar sprinkles.
