About Andi Unda Or Cashewnut Balls Recipe

This is an easy kerala dish. My aunt makes this, so delicious. Whenever we visit her, she would ask what we want? we used to say andi unda. This is not the exact recipe of hers. Here is something more that I have added. But this is also so tasty, here everybody likes it alot.

Andi Unda Or Cashewnut Balls

Ingredients to make Andi Unda Or Cashewnut Balls

  • 1 Cup cashewnuts
  • 1/2 Cup Parboiled rice
  • 1 Cup White sesame seeds
  • 1/2 to 3/4 Cup jaggery grated
  • 1 Cup Grated coconut
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

How to make Andi Unda Or Cashewnut Balls

  1. Roast the rice till crispy. Roast the sesame seeds and cashew nuts till light brown. Powder this roasted rice, sesame seeds and cashew nuts.
  2. Now put everything in a bowl. Now add the grated jaggery, coconut and cardamom powder to this and mix well.
  3. Now make small balls out of this mixture. Enjoy the tasty balls.
