Mango Pista Kulfi

Ingredients to make Mango Pista Kulfi

  • Full fat milk 1 ltr
  • Mango puree 1 big cup
  • Pistachio flakes 2 spoon
  • Sugar 4 to 5 spoon
  • Mango essence 3 to 4 drops
  • Cornflour 2 spoon desolved in 2 tabelspoon water

How to make Mango Pista Kulfi

  1. Firstly boil the milk.
  2. As the milk rises to add pistachio flakes and keep stirring it.
  3. When milk quantity done half than add sugar and cornflour and mix well.
  4. As the milk thickness, turn off the flame and let the milk cool completly.
  5. Refrigerat the condense milk for 1 hour,and than add mango puree ,mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture in kulfi moulds and refrigerat for 6 to 7 hours.
  7. After 7 hours demould them and transfer them in serving plate,garnish with some pistachio and mango pieces.
My Tip: U can add condense milk too
