Ingredients to make Besan ka puda

  • gram flour(Besan)
  • onion chopped
  • coriander leaves
  • red chilli powder
  • Garam masala
  • Desi ghee to fry
  • salt

How to make Besan ka puda

  1. Take a bowl add gram flour,coriander leaves,salt,garam masala,onions(cut into small pieces) mix well. Then add little water and mix well.
  2. Heat desi ghee on the tawa and spread a mixture like a dosa and cook till puda cook till it turns golden brown.
  3. Serve with red or green sauce.

My Tip:

Gram flour is very healthy for kids as it has a high protein content. Make it at your home. You can see in the pic my daughter is not able to stop herself from eating it.Kids will love it.
