Idli tadka maar kee!

Ingredients to make Idli tadka maar kee!

  • Urad daal 1glass
  • Rice 3glass
  • Curry patta few
  • Oil little
  • Musturd seeds 2tsp
  • Green chilli chopped (optional)
  • Red chilli powder1-2tsp
  • Baking soda a pinch

How to make Idli tadka maar kee!

  1. Soak daal and rice for few hours.then grind them in mixer to prepare batter.
  2. Keep it for fermentation for 8-10 hours.
  3. Prepare idli in idli maker add little salt and a pinch of soda in it for about 12-15 minutes.
  4. Prepare tempering in a pan.
  5. Heat oil then crackle musturd seeds Curry leaves and green chilli
  6. Add red chilli powder and pour the tempering over the idlis.
  7. Ideal for the tiffin's.
My Tip: I Keep in tiffin along with maggi masala,sause and green chutney.
