Ingredients to make Corn potato nuggetts

  • Boiled potatoes - 2
  • Finely chopped capsicum - 2tbs
  • Crushed boiled corn - 2tbs
  • Crushed garlic - 1/2tsp
  • Chilly flakes - 1/2tsp
  • Oregano - 1/2tsp
  • Salt
  • Chopped coriander - 4tbs
  • Cornmeal - 2tbs
  • Small Cheesecubes - 10
  • Maida - 2tsp
  • Bread crumbs

How to make Corn potato nuggetts

  1. In a bowl mix mashed potatoes, crushed corn, capsicum, crushed garlic, coriander,chilly flakes,salt, oregano and corn meal well
  2. Make small nuggets from the mixrure and keep one small cheese cube inside it.
  3. In maida put little water to make a thin slury
  4. Dip nuggets in slury and roll out in bread crumbs.
  5. Keep in freezer for 15 min.
  6. Heat oil in a vok and deep fry in medium heat.
  7. Serve with tomato sauce or your favorite dip.
My Tip: Keep nuggets in freezer atleast 15 to half an hour to make them more crispy.
