ABOUT Healthy sauteed mushroom receipe RECIPE

Mushroom is a natural source of Citosan that means less diet pills & more food in your mouth. The mushroom diet only requires 200g mushrooms during of your evening meal. Flavour of butter-sauteed mushrooms is incredible. Mushrooms are very flavorful and sauteeing in butter brings out their rich flavor.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Mushroom 200 gms
  2. Minced garlic 1 tbsp
  3. Grated ginger 1 tbsp
  4. Capsicum 1 cup chopped
  5. 1 TOMATO CHOPPED
  6. Green chillies as per your taste
  7. 1small carrot
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Black Pepper 1 tsp
  10. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  11. Refine oil 2 tsp
  12. Sesame 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash the mushrooms and wipe them, then slice them into 1/4th inch thick sizes.
  2. Wash the veggies and cut into desired shape.
  3. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan add hing, minced garlic, ginger and the mushrooms.
  4. Cook, stirring often over medium - high heat untill mushrooms have released their liquid & liquids have evaporated. Mushrooms hv tender and very browned. Add salt in it and mix well. Now turn off the flame and take aside.
  5. Again put 1 tsp oil in a pan add ginger garlic, green chillies & hing.
  6. Add carrot, capsicum and saute them. After 1min add tomatoes saute often over medium - high flame.
  7. Add salt, black pepper and mushrooms in it. Stir continuous in high flame and Sprinkle Garam masala powder & white sesame. Now Switch off the flame.
  8. Serve hot with paratha or chappati.
