Stuff Pavbhaji

Ingredients to make Stuff Pavbhaji

  • Pav buns pack 1
  • Pavbhaji masala 5 table spoon
  • Mixed vegetables - [4 potatoes. 4 Tomatoes , 4 onions , 1 cabbage, 4 carrots]
  • salt 1 tablespoon
  • red chilly powder 1/2 tablespoon
  • garam masala powder 1/4 tbsp
  • amchur powder 1 tablespoon
  • coriander leaves chopped 1/2 cup
  • oil - 3 tbsp
  • Raddish 1

How to make Stuff Pavbhaji

  1. Heat a pan with some oil and add cumin seeds to it. Chop all the vegetables and keep aside.
  2. Then add chopped onion to the pan and saute till golden brown, then add the chopped tomatoes.
  3. Pressure cook the vegetables, in a pressure cooker. Add these vegetables to cooking masala in the pan.
  4. Add the pav bhaji masala and the powdered masalas, and other ingredients. Mix well and cook for some time. Once the masala leaves oil from the sides, keep it aside to cool and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  5. Now scoop out holes in the pav buns.
  6. Now fill the holes with butter and the bhaji masala.
  7. Now bake them for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 190 degree celsius.
  8. Now cut radish in round make a shape of duck and set in middle of buns ... The beautiful buns are ready to be served.
