ABOUT Mango Burfi RECIPE

Mango burfi is a melt in mouth delicacy & it is an delicious Indian dessert.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Mangoe pulp - 3cups
  2. Sugar - 1/2cup
  3. Water - 1cup
  4. Mawa - 200gram
  5. Cardamon powder - 1/2tablespoon
  6. Ghee - 5tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Extract mango pulp & mixed it with mawa.
  2. Cook mawa & mango pulp by adding ghee to it & cook untill the ghee gets separated from it.After that switch off the flame & keep it aside.
  3. Dissolve sugar into water & cook it into syrup.
  4. Add mango & mawa mixture to sugar syrup & cook untill it gets thicker.
  5. Apply ghee to a plate than pour this mixture to it & leave it to set once it sets cut it into pieces serve it & enjoy.
