Wheat Rigatoni pasta

Ingredients to make Wheat Rigatoni pasta

  • Wheat rigatoni pasta 2 cups
  • Carrot small sliced
  • Beans small sliced
  • Onion sliced
  • Green Chillies sliced
  • Capsicum sliced
  • Tomato chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree
  • ginger crushed
  • Garlic sliced
  • Oil 1 tbsp

How to make Wheat Rigatoni pasta

  1. Boil rigatoni pasta in a deep bowl add salt and oil in it.
  2. Drain them and keep aside. Cut all the veggies.
  3. Heat a pan or kadahi put 1 tbsp oil add ginger garlic. Then onion and green chillies saute them till pinkish in colour.
  4. Add all veggies and saute them. Cover them with the lid for atleast 2 mins. Now add tomato puree and stir.
  5. After 2-3 mins add salt and coriander powder & mix well.
  6. Add boiled wheat rigatoni pasta and mix well in medium flame.
  7. Sprinkle black pepper powder and mix them well.
  8. Serve hot in the evening as a snack.
My Tip: First boil water then add salt, wheat pasta & refined oil & stir continuous in between 2-3mins in a low flame.
