ABOUT Wheat Rigatoni pasta RECIPE

It is one of the famous Italian shaped pasta. When you are eating healthy sometimes you need PASTA but remember don't use ready-made sauces. Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Wheat rigatoni pasta 2 cups
  2. Carrot small sliced
  3. Beans small sliced
  4. Onion sliced
  5. Green Chillies sliced
  6. Capsicum sliced
  7. Tomato chopped
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Black Pepper 1 tsp
  10. coriander powder 1 tsp
  11. Tomato puree
  12. ginger crushed
  13. Garlic sliced
  14. Oil 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil rigatoni pasta in a deep bowl add salt and oil in it.
  2. Drain them and keep aside. Cut all the veggies.
  3. Heat a pan or kadahi put 1 tbsp oil add ginger garlic. Then onion and green chillies saute them till pinkish in colour.
  4. Add all veggies and saute them. Cover them with the lid for atleast 2 mins. Now add tomato puree and stir.
  5. After 2-3 mins add salt and coriander powder & mix well.
  6. Add boiled wheat rigatoni pasta and mix well in medium flame.
  7. Sprinkle black pepper powder and mix them well.
  8. Serve hot in the evening as a snack.
