Ingredients to make Homemade shrikhand

  • curd 2 bowl
  • sugar powder 1 1/2 cup
  • Elachi powder pinch of
  • Dry fruits 1/2 bowl

How to make Homemade shrikhand

  1. Hang the curd in a muslin cloth for atleast 4 hours
  2. The straining will drain away all the excess water and give a thick creamy curd.
  3. Now take Thik curd and add sugar powder and Elachi powder.
  4. Mix it until it became fluffy.
  5. Add dry fruits and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  6. Shrikhand is ready to be served.

My Tip:

Mixed it well so there wont be lumps in it.
