  • Sugar powder 1 1/2 cup
  • Elachi powder pinch of
  • Dry fruits 1/2 bowl

How to make Homemade shrikhand

  1. Let's start with curd. Take curd and put in to white cloth and hang it for 4 hours.
  2. Let's water drain proper and let it be Thik.
  3. Now take Thik curd and add sugar powder and Elachi powder.
  4. Mixed it until it became fluffy.
  5. Add dry fruits and deep fridge for 1/2 hour.
  6. Shrikhand is ready to serve.
