Ingredients to make Mango Mastani

  • mango(diced) - 1cup
  • Vanilla ice cream - 2scoops
  • Milk - 1cup
  • sugar - 3tspn
  • Dry fruits, cerry and vanilla ice cream for garnish

How to make Mango Mastani

  1. Roughly chop the mango pulp. Add in milk, mangoes, vanilla ice cream and sugar into the blender.
  2. Blend until it reach the smooth consistency.
  3. Transfer the mixture into the glass. Garnish with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, nuts and cherry.

My Tip:

Mango or Pista ice creams can be used instead of vanilla ice cream. Choose good quality of mangoes for awesome taste and colour.
