ABOUT Healthy Mango Salad RECIPE

Mango is one of my all time favourite fruite. This dish is very good for your health. You also try it as snack or side dish.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 ripe mangoes thinly sliced
  2. 1 medium sized cucumber sliced
  3. 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  4. 1 tablespoon honey
  5. 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  6. 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  7. 1 chopped cilantro (Optional)
  8. 1 fresh mint chopped (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Take a glass bowl and toss the mixture.
  2. Add thinly sliced mangoes and chopped cucumber and mix.
  3. Then refrigerate for an hour.
