Ingredients to make Mexican biscuits

  • courn flour (makke ka aata) 1/2 cup
  • maida 1/2cup
  • butter 1/2 cup
  • paprika 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1 pinch
  • Mixed herbs 1 pinch
  • black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • sugar 1/2 tsp

How to make Mexican biscuits

  1. sieve together corn flour , maida and baking powder.
  2. Now whisk the butter until fluffy.
  3. mix all ingredients, and make the dough
  4. roll it and cut with biscuits cutter as per your choice
  5. per heat the oven at 180°
  6. and bake for 50 min.
