No bake, instant cake with mango.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 50 gm mango puree
  2. 20 gm milk powder
  3. 20 gm desiccated coconut
  4. 40 gm cottage cheese grated
  5. 20 gm condensed milk
  6. 2-3 drops rose essence
  7. FOR GARNISH:
  8. 1 cup chopped mango
  9. 2 tbsp finely chopped pistachios

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan, add all the ingredients and cook for few minutes, till it become a stiff dough.
  2. Off the flame and let it cool.
  3. Divide the mixture into 2 equal portions.
  4. Spread 1 portion of the mixture evenly onto a small plate
  5. Arrange 1/2 cup of mangoes evenly over it.
  6. Repeat step 3 and 4 to make 1 more layer.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 to 2 hours and serve chilled, garnished with pistachios.
