These pancakes are very delicious ,yummy, easy to make and liked by kids as well as elders too. Made with Creambell sach much aam icecream.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole wheat flour 2cups
  2. Baking powder 2teaspoon
  3. Poppy seeds 2teaspoon
  4. Cream bell mango sach much aam icecream 4
  5. Mango pulp/ finely chopped 1/2 cup
  6. Vanila essence 1teaspoon
  7. Oil 2 teaspoon
  8. Saffron 1/2tsp
  9. Salt 1/4 teaspoon
  10. Sugar gounded 2tablespoon
  11. Honey 1table spoon
  12. Curd 1/2cup
  13. Milk 1cup or as needed
  14. Maple syrup to drizzle on pancakes
  15. Oil for oiling the griddle as requird

Instructions

  1. Take all mango sach much aam icecreams and take out their sticks .Then mash all icecreams in a bowl .
  2. Mix all ingredients in a big bowl and mix well to make a lump free batter .
  3. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  4. Grease a 5 inch nonstick pan with very little oil .
  5. Pour 2 full laddles of batter in the pan.
  6. Cover the pan with a lid and cook the pancakes in low heat from both sides till slightly golden brown.
  7. Stack the pancakes on serving plate.
  8. Drizzle some maple syrup on it .
  9. Top with mango chunks and cherry.
  10. Serve warm .
