No Churn Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients to make No Churn Mango Ice Cream

  • Frozen Ripe mango puree 2 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Fresh cream. 100 grams
  • Sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup

How to make No Churn Mango Ice Cream

  1. First gently combine mango puree, milk and condensed milk in a bowl.
  2. Whip the cream lightly .
  3. Now gently fold cream into the mango mixture.
  4. Now pour it into a freezing tray and freeze till half set . Remove and beat with whisk until smooth.
  5. Doing so will help keep the texture of the ice cream soft and creamy while it sets.
  6. Return to tray and freeze till well set.
My Tip: Don't Overbeat the cream. Ice cream can also be served immediately. It will taste heavenly but will be little soft.
