  • Gulkand 1sp
  • Coconut piwder 1sp
  • Sugar to taste..
  • Ingredients for cake..
  • Melted butter 1sp
  • MIlk 2 cup
  • Mango puree 1cup
  • Maida 1¹/² sp
  • Sugar to taste
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1tsp
  • Rose water 2 drops..

How to make Mango swiss roll

  1. Add all ingredients of cake into the bowl
  2. Then put in to baking tray
  3. Bake it for 20min in 180degree
  4. Then roll it in wet cloth for 10mins
  5. Add all ingredients of stuffing into the bowl.. N spread it on cake..
  6. Then roll it.. In silver foli for 5mins n cut pieces
