Sabudana toast

Ingredients to make Sabudana toast

  • 150 gm sabudana
  • Two boiled potatoes
  • Two chopped onion
  • Chopped chilli as pr test
  • Half tea spn black pepper
  • Half tea spn garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • One cup Bread crumbs
  • Some bread slice
  • oil for shallow fry

How to make Sabudana toast

  1. Soaked sabudana for half an hour
  2. Add boiled potatoes n chopped onion
  3. Add chopped chilli n salt
  4. Add black pepper n garam masala
  5. Mix all the ingredients n make a dough
  6. Now take bread slice
  7. Apply this mixture on one side the bread coat with bread crumbs
  8. Put a tawa on flame grease it wth oil
  9. Shallow fry it with both side on low flame
  10. Because sabudana takes 7 to 8 minutes to cook
My Tip: Don"t make vry thick layer of mixture on bread
