Masala layered Parantha

Ingredients to make Masala layered Parantha

  • Wheat flour 1 big bowl
  • SaLt as per test
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
  • Oil 1 spoon
  • Chat masala 2 spoo
  • Water as needed
  • Oil for fry

How to make Masala layered Parantha

  1. In wheat flour add salt, turmeric powder and oil, mix well
  2. Make a dough with help of water
  3. Take a ball from dough and roll it in dry flour
  4. Roll it with help of rolling pin
  5. Spread some oil on it
  6. Spread some chat masala and dry flour on it
  7. Now fold it in plates and roll again ( follow image)
  8. Roll it again
  9. Roll it with rolling pin
  10. Put it on hot pan and cook it with help of oil from both sides
My Tip: Roll parantha with soft pressure for good layers U can uase Panipuri masala, sambhar masala also
