Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Corn boiled 1sp
  2. Potatoes boiled and mashed 3
  3. Capsicum 1 tbsp(grated)
  4. Gobhi 1 tbsp (grated)
  5. Carrot 1 tbsp (grated)
  6. Yellow capsicum 1 tbsp (grated)
  7. Peas boiled 1 tbsp
  8. Maida or rice flour 1 tbsp
  9. Water 1/2 cup
  10. Brown bread 4
  11. Khaskhas 1tsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Onion 1 (grated)
  14. Red chili powder 1tsp
  15. Samber masala 1tsp
  16. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  17. Dhaniya powder 1tsp
  18. Amchur 1/2 tsp
  19. Kasuri methi 1/2 tsp..

Instructions

  1. Cut the bread in circle with the help of katori..
  2. Put all the vegeatables and masalas in a bowl .stuffing ready..
  3. Mix it well.
  4. Then add rice flour and water , mix it.. Make fine batter..
  5. Then spread stuffing on one bread circle..
  6. Then spread rice flour batter over it..
  7. Then sprinkle khaskhas
  8. Then deep fry all coins on medium flame..
  9. When it become crispy and light brown its done..
