  • one cup whole milk
  • one and half cup heavy whipping cream
  • Sugar according to your taste
  • 10 grm unflavoured gelatine powder

How to make mini coffee pannacotta

  1. FIRST DESOLVE ABOUT 10GRM GELATINE POWDER INTO 2TBSP HOT WATER .
  2. TAKE WHIPPING CREAM IN A BOWL AND BEAT IT ON ICE CUBES UNTIL IT BECOMES FLUFFY .
  3. NOW ADD COFFEE POWDER TO THE WHIPPED CREAM . MIX WELL .KEEP IT ASIDE .
  4. IN ONE CUP HOT MILK ,ADD SUGAR ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE , DESOLVED GELATINE AND 2 TSP COFFEE POWDER. MIX WELL . LET IT COOL DOWN .
  5. NOW ADD COFFE FLAVOURED WHIPPED CREAM TO THE MILK AND MIX GENTALY .
  6. POUR THIS INTO SMALL MOULDS AND REFRIGERATE FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS .
  7. UNMOULD MINI COFFEE PANACOTTA AND SPRINKLE SOME COFFEE POWDER ON IT. SERVE CHILL.
