ABOUT VEG KABAB WITH CHILLY GARLIC AND HONEY SAUCE RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled n mashed peas - 1/2 bowl
  2. Grated carrot - 2
  3. Finely chopped shimla mirch - 1
  4. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  5. Green chilly paste - 1/2 tsp
  6. Boiled n mashed potato - 2
  7. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  8. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
  10. Finely chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  11. Rice flour - 2 tbsp
  12. Salt - to taste
  13. Oil - 4 tbsp
  14. For Sauce
  15. Finely chopped garlic - 4 - 5 cloves
  16. Kashmiri red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  17. Water - 1/2 cup
  18. Chilly flax - 1/2 tsp
  19. Salt - to taste
  20. Honey - 1 tbsp
  21. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  22. Oil - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat one tbsp oil in a pan.
  2. Add carrot,shimla mirch,peas,ginger garlic paste,green chilly and salt.
  3. Stir till water absorb it
  4. Add boiled n mashed potato ,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander leaves and bread crumbs and mix well.
  5. Make a flat patties of medium thickness.
  6. Coat with rice flour.
  7. Heat oil in a pan.
  8. Heat oil in a pan.
  9. Add veg kabab and shallow fry from both the sides.
  10. For sauce
  11. Soak kashmiri red chilly powder in half cup of water.
  12. Add kashmiri red chilly solutions
  13. When it color change like pink switch off the flame.
  14. Add chilly flax,salt,lemon juice and honey and mix well
  15. Serve vegkabab with chilly garlic and honey sauce
