Ingredients to make Chocoholic chocochip cake

  • all purpose flour - 1 1/2 cup
  • cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
  • chocochips - 1 packet
  • Vanilla and chocolate essence - 1/2 tbsp each
  • raisins 8 - 10
  • baking powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • baking soda 1/2 tbsp
  • milk - 1 cup
  • Powdered sugar/honey - 3 tbsp (or as per taste)
  • oil - 1 tbsp

How to make Chocoholic chocochip cake

  1. Mix all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, sugar/honey, both the essences, oil and milk altogether and make a batter.
  2. Mix well with no lumps to a smooth consistent batter. It will almost take 7-8 minutes
  3. Mix chocolate chips and chopped raisins in it. Pre heat the air fryer for 3 minutes at 160°C.
  4. Grease the aluminium tin and then pour all the batter in it. Sprinkle chocolate chips on it. Put the tin in the air fryer for 10 minutes first
  5. After 10 minutes reduce the temperature to 140°C and cover the tin with foil paper so that the top layer won't become hard.
  6. After another 10 more minutes take out the tin and after a few minutes when it cools, serve in a plate with chocolate sauce.

My Tip:

You can also add walnuts or almonds in the batter
