Mix veg pulao with chinese sauces is healthy and tasty dish which can be served with mere curd or veg curd raita! We can use all the vegetables available at our home. I have used veggies available with me.! It is regular mix veg pulao with chinese sauces. It is easiest and fastest recipie which can be cooked in pressure cooker using equal amount of water as amount of rice to avoid it from overcooking rice.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rice 2 cups
  2. Tomato -1
  3. Capsicum -1
  4. Cabbage -1/2
  5. Medium sized onions -2
  6. Green peas - 1/2 bowl
  7. Green chillies -2
  8. Green coriander leaves
  9. Mustartd seeds- 1/2 teaspoon
  10. cumin seeds- 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Ajinomoto ( chinese salt ) 1 teaspoon
  12. Soya sauce -1 tablespoon
  13. Green chilly sauce -2 tablespoon
  14. Vinegar -2 teaspoon
  15. Red chilly powder -1/2 teaspoon
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Oil 1 tablespoon
  18. Water 2cups

Instructions

  1. VINEGAR 2 TSP SOYA SAUCE 1 TBSP GREEN CHILLY SAUCE 1 TBSP AJINOMOTO 1TSP ( CHINESE SALT) SALT TO TASTE WATER 2 CUPS
  2. INGREDIENTS RICE 2 CUPS 1 TOMATO, 1/2 CABBAGE,2 ONIONS,1 CAPSICUM,2 GREEN CHILLIES, GREEN PEAS 1/2 BOWL, CORIANDER LEAVES MUSTARD SEEDS 1/2 TSP CUMIN SEEDS 1/2 TSP OIL TBSP RED CHILLY POWDER 1/2 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE 1/2TSP
  3. HEAT OIL IN A COOKER PUT MUSTARD SEEDS AND CUMIN SEEDS INTO IT. PUT CHOPPED ONIONS GREEN CHILLIES, AND GINGER GARLIC PASTE INTO IT
  4. AFTER 2 MINUTES, PUT GREEN PEAS
  5. NOW PUT THINLY CHOPPED CABBAGE, CAPSICUM AND TOMATO IN IT.
  6. MIX WELL AND LET IT COOK FOR FEW MINUTES . PUT RED CHILLY POWDER AND SALT INTO IT.
  7. NOW PUT SOYA SAUCE AND GREEN CHILLY SAUCE INTO IT..MIX IT PROPERLY.
  8. PUT VINEGAR AND AJINOMOTO (CHINESE SALT) INTO IT.
  9. PUT SOAKED RICE INTO IT POUR REQUIRED WATER INTO IT.
  10. MIX IT WELL LET IT COOK OPEN FOR FEW MINUTES IN COOKER.
  11. COVER THE LID AND LET IT WHISTLE TWICE . PUT OFF THE GAS.
  12. SERVE THE PULAV IMMEDIATELY WITH CURD. GARNISH IT WITH CORIANDER LEAVES.
  13. MIX VEG PULAO WITH CHINESE SAUCES
