Garlic pull apart rolls very easy to make. Best to serve warm wid tea /coffee. The aroma fill the house with garlic and you just cannot control your self. Soft and fluffy from the insides and the perfect texture on the outside.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Maida 3cup
  2. Dry yeast 1 tablespoon
  3. Salt tsp
  4. Sugar 2 tablespoon
  5. Oil 3 tablespoon
  6. Warm water 1cup or as needed
  7. Unsalted butter 10 tablespoon
  8. Garlic 12 fat cloves grated
  9. Italian seasoning 2 tsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Corriender leaves 5 tablespoon finely chopped
  12. Paneer as per your choice

Instructions

  1. Mix yeast and sugar with warm water and set this for 5 minutes, let it foam up.
  2. Take flour, salt, oil in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Pour yeast mix into the flour and mix well to a dough.
  4. Cover it with plastic wrap or damp cloth and set this aside for 1hour till it double in size.
  5. Mix all the ingredients for garlic spread together till it form a smooth paste.
  6. Take the dough out of the bowl and knead it for 5 minutes.
  7. Roll the dough into a rough rectangle and spread the garlic spread over it.
  8. Now roll small ball spread garlic butter pizza seasoning chilly flakes, origano, chopped corriender greated cheese or paneer and fold it, and make petal of flower.
  9. Arrange this in a buttered baking pan leaving little space between each of them. Now cover it with a damp cloth and let it rise for 40 minutes.
  10. In the last 10 minutes of rising preheat oven to 200 degree°.
  11. Now place this in the preheated oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
  12. Take it out and apply some butter over the top so that it looks glossy and shiny.
  13. Serve hot or warm with a cup of tea.
