Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Button mushrooms 1 packet
  2. Boiled Raw banana 4 no.
  3. Roasted chana 1
  4. Salted pistachio 2 tbsp
  5. Fine chopped green chili 1 tbsp
  6. Fine chopped coriander 1 tbsp
  7. Fine chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  8. Fine chopped onion 2 tbsp
  9. Spice blend 1 tbsp
  10. Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  13. Kayyen powder 1/2 tsp
  14. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  15. Oil for frying
  16. For pickled beet---Beetroot 1
  17. Sugar 2 tbsp
  18. Vinegar 1 tbsp
  19. Salt 1/4 tsp
  20. Cumin powder 1tsp
  21. For - dip---
  22. Veg mayo 2 tbsp
  23. Hung curd 2 tbsp
  24. Salt 1/4 tsp
  25. Fine chopped green chili and coriander.

Instructions

  1. Wash and remove the skin of mushroom.
  2. Grate the mushroom
  3. Peel and grate the banana
  4. Grated banana
  5. Heat the oil in a pan add cumin let them crackle.
  6. Add Ginger green chili and onion saute
  7. Add grated mushroom and banana
  8. Add salt pepper and Spice blend
  9. Add lemon juice and kayyen powder
  10. Coarsely grind the pistachio
  11. Add crushed pistachio
  12. Grind the chana into a fine powder
  13. Add to the mushrooms mixture
  14. Add coriander mix well and make kebabs
  15. Shallow fry them both sides till golden and crisp
  16. Peel wash and cut into thin slices of beetroot.
  17. Boil water with salt, vinegar, sugar and cumin powder .
  18. Add beetroot boil for 10 minutes on slow heat.
  19. For Dip- in mix mayo, curd green chili coriander and salt.
  20. Serve hot.
