Ingredients to make Bullet kebab

  • Boiled and mashed potatoes - 4
  • capsicum finely chopped- 1
  • tomato - 1 chopped
  • Tandoori chicken masala powder - 1 tsp
  • 5 pieces of boneless chicken
  • coriander leaves- 2 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Green chilli -1 chopped
  • onion finely chopped - 1
  • Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder- a pinch
  • egg- 2
  • Bread crumbs - 1 bowl
  • mint leaves- 1 tsp
  • oil to deep fry

How to make Bullet kebab

  1. Boil the potatoes and mash it well. Set it aside. Take a wok, add oil in it to heat, then add the chopped onion, chopped green chilli, chopped capsicum. Sauté these vegetables well, then add the chopped tomato and mix it well.
  2. In the mean while, take 4 pieces of boneless chicken, add salt, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori chicken masala, a pinch of turmeric and mix it well together.
  3. Next, add coriander and mint  leaves, shredded chicken mixture in the above masala along with the mashed potatoes. Shape this mixture into any desired shapes.
  4. Roll these kababs in the breadcrumbs first, then dip it in the egg, then once again in the bread crumbs mixture and deep fry them.
  5. Your bullet kebabs are now ready to be eaten!
