Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 6 tiger prawns deveined
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 1tbsp Sprig Tangier spice blend
  4. 3-4 slices of orange
  5. 1 bowl boiled noodles (with salt)
  6. 2tbsp beaten hung curd
  7. 1 BUNCH CHOPPED CORIANDER
  8. 3-4 cherry tomatoes
  9. 1teasp chilli powder
  10. 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
  11. 2 teasp lime juice
  12. 2tbsp grated cheese
  13. Few strands of Saffron
  14. 1tbsp Oil

Instructions

  1. Add 1teasp lime juice to prawns.
  2. Add salt to taste.Marinate for 15mins.
  3. In a bowl pour Sprig spice blend.
  4. Pour the saffron strands
  5. Add chilli powder
  6. Add ginger garlic paste.
  7. Add 1 teasp lime juice.Make a paste.
  8. Rub this marination on prawns.
  9. Mix orange slices with prawns also.
  10. Heat up oil on a grill pan.
  11. Fry the prawns.
  12. Roast the orange slices.
  13. Roast the cherry tomatoes.
  14. Take the boiled noodles on a serving platter.squeeze little orange from top.
  15. Arrange the prawns,orange slices and tomatoes on noodles.pour the beaten curd from top.
  16. Add cheese from top.
  17. Add chopped coriander leaves from top.
  18. Serve hot.
