Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 medium sized bottle gourd peeled and greated.
  2. 1 litter milk
  3. 100 gm khoya
  4. 1/2cup sugar
  5. 1 tin condensed milk
  6. 1/2 cup grated coconut
  7. 1 pan finely chopped
  8. 1 tbsp rose water
  9. 1tbsp cardamom powder
  10. 3 tbsp gulkand
  11. 10 almonds finely chopped
  12. 3 tbsp mix pan masala
  13. 2 tbsp supari lacha
  14. 1 tsp kessar
  15. 1/4 tsp green color
  16. Silver waraq

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan add milk for boiling.
  2. When reduced the milk half add greated bottle gourd, mix well.
  3. Stir for 5 minutes on high flame.
  4. Add greated coconut, chopped pan and milk Maid.
  5. Stir it for 5 minutes on high flame.
  6. When it becomes like dough add green color, rose water and mix well.
  7. Off the flame and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  8. Mix the pan masala, kessar, almonds, Holland, supari and mix well.
  9. Bring the dough add cardamom powder, mix well.
  10. Make role, add masala and role it properly.
  11. Cut the roles and warp with silver wars.
  12. Now serve it with love to your family and friends.
