Your search of Craving for IceCream ends here. I came up today with my Fasting Special IceCream. You can surprise anyone with this. Thats why i didnt refrigerate them in IceCream mould so that it will become a little difficult for the guests to recognize it. Tastes awesome

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup Sago / Sabudana
  2. 3 cups Water
  3. 6 cups milk
  4. 1/2 Cup sugar or as per the taste
  5. 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
  6. 3 tbsp Hershey's Syrup

Instructions

  1. Heat a heavy bottomed pan
  2. Add Sago and water in the pan and boil it
  3. When water dries up and sago turns tender then add milk
  4. Stir it continuously and boil it till half of the quantity comes with the adjustments from high to medium or vice versa or low at times
  5. Add Sugar into it , mix it well
  6. Add Cocoa Powder into it and give it a good mix
  7. Switch off the gas and let it cool down properly
  8. Now take out the Ice Cube Trays and pour this batter into it
  9. Tap the tray in between to remove the air gaps
  10. Put the tray covered with a lid into the Freezer for 6 hours or till it is freeze properly
  11. When frozen , unmould them on serving plate and drizzle Hershey's Syrup on them
  12. Your Fast Special IceCream is ready to serve
