About Icecream cake Recipe

Icecream cake is a very delicious dessert for this valentines day , enjoy this dessert with your loved one. I have taken this recipe from Nigella Lawson icecream cake recipe and have made some changes .

Icecream cake

Ingredients to make Icecream cake

  • Simple vanila icecream about 100 grm
  • Coffe biscuits around 15
  • Some choco chips
  • Coffe powder about a pinch just for taste

How to make Icecream cake

  1. First crush the 4- 5 Coffee biscuits and keep them aside .
  2. Let the icecream soften either in refrigerator for a while or out in the kitchen .
  3. Empty the slightly softened icecream into a bowl and mix crushed biscuits and choco chips in it .
  4. Line a springform tin with cling wrap both in the bottom and sides of the tin so that you have some overhang at the top.
  5. Pour the icecream mixture into the springform tin flattening the top like a cake and cover the top with cling wrap and place in the freezer for about overnight.
  6. Take out tin from the freezer. Unmould the cake from tin and pulling the cling wrap very gently away from before putting on a plate.
  7. Cut into slices and put on the remaining coffee biscuits as you can see the picture .

My Tip:

u can do more variations with icecream.
