Dink or edible gum with foxnuts makes these laddoos not only delicious but also super nutricious.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Rice 1/2kg
  2. Foxnuts 250 grams
  3. Edible gum 200 grams
  4. Grated coconut 250 grams
  5. Chopped almonds 1 cup
  6. Kewra essence 1tbsp
  7. Sugar 1/2kg
  8. Ghee 400 grams

Instructions

  1. Wash rice properly and let them dried on kitchen towel.
  2. Till rice becomes dry heat up the ghee and fry edible gum on simmer heat.
  3. After that fry foxnuts and almonds one by one in the same ghee.
  4. Dry roast the dried rice on slow heat but remember that it doesn't change colour.
  5. Now break the fried foxnuts ,gum into small pieces and keep aside.
  6. Heat a cup of water in a separate pan, add sugar to it and boil till it reaches to a single string consistency.
  7. Now grind the roasted rice into a fine powder.
  8. Gradually add all dry ingredients in sugar syrup and mix properly with a spatula.
  9. Shape small balls like laddoos from this mixture n store in an airtight container.You may store these laddoos for 15 days or more.
