Nachos Platter

Ingredients to make Nachos Platter

  • 1 cup corn meal flour / makke ka atta
  • 1/4 cup wholewheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • oil to fry
  • For assemble. .
  • 2 tbsp spread cheese
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 finely chopped tomato
  • 1 tsp Jalepeno peppers

How to make Nachos Platter

  1. Mix the two flours and knead to a dough like for rotis.
  2. Roll out thin rotis.
  3. Cook on both sides over high heat over a griddle and keep aside.
  4. Cut into desired sized pieces and deep fry till crisp and brown.
  5. To assemble :
  6. Mix the cheese, milk and heat on slow flame till cheese melts. Arrange the nachos on a plate and top it with cheese , and Jalepeno peppers. Add chopped tomatoes. You can grill it also.
  7. Enjoy crispy nachos.
