Ingredients to make baked vegetables

  • atta
  • butter
  • milk
  • cinnamon
  • seasonal veggies or veggies of your choice
  • mushrooms
  • beans
  • peas
  • carrot
  • capsicum
  • baby corn
  • bell peppers
  • parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • garlic

How to make baked vegetables

  1. chop all veggies
  2. peel and smash garlic
  3. sauté the veggies and smashed garlic in a tablespoon of olive oil. add salt and pepper to taste. keep aside.
  4. in another pan melt butter, add atta and cook till I starts browning. add milk till the desired consistency is achieved. add a pinch of cinnamon as that secret ingredient.
  5. in a baking dish, start layering the veggies and white sauce. between each layer grate some parmesan.
  6. bake until golden and bubbling.
My Tip: make sure the white sauce has no lumps and is of a smooth consistency. tastes great with Tabasco sauce and bread.
