it's a Naga Dish cooked with pork meat and fat pieces. no oil recipe with my minimum spices.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. pork meat with fat pieces half kg
  2. Ghost pepper fresh or dried 1 piece
  3. fermented bamboo shoot 2 teaspoon
  4. ginger crushed need good quantity
  5. garlic crushed 1 big size
  6. salt to taste
  7. mustard greens ( optional or you can use leafy greens of your choice)
  8. tomatoes 2 large
  9. radish 1 cut into big pieces

Instructions

  1. clean the pork pieces
  2. in a pressure cooker add the pork and water and give 2 whistles
  3. drain it
  4. in a deep vessel heat water
  5. add the pork pieces
  6. add chopped tomatoes, radish, bamboo shoot, king chilli and close the lid and let it cook for 15 mins
  7. now add the crushed ginger and garlic and cook for another 15 mins and add the leafy greens
  8. keep checking in between for the consistency
  9. you can add chopped coriander
