It is a very simle and yummy recipe these laddoos are little different from our usual aata or besan laddoos yet they are soft and melt in mouth laddoos .Try once

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2 cup sabudana
  2. /2 cup dessicated coconut
  3. 1 +1/2 cup makhana /lotus buds
  4. 3/4 cup sugar
  5. 1/4 cup water
  6. 2 tablespoon desi ghee
  7. 4 crushed small green cardmoms

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan or karahi fry makhanas on low flame
  2. Then in the same karahi dry roast sabudana take it off in another vessel
  3. Then dry roast nariyal /coconut
  4. Then roast 1/2 cup sugar for few mins don't over roast it and don't caramelize it
  5. Cool all the ingredients then grind all with cardmom seeds..take the dry mixture out in a bowl
  6. Now make chasni of 1/4 cup of sugar with 1/4 cup of water..bring it 3 to 4 boils..no need to cook more..let it cool slightly
  7. Mix dry iingredients in it and mix throughly
  8. After cool it little.make laddoos out of very soft dough..
