Makhana ladoo

Ingredients to make Makhana ladoo

  • 1 cup Makhana
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup dry grated coconut
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 4 tbsp Milk
  • 1/4 cup Nuts Powder

How to make Makhana ladoo

  1. Add 1 tbsp ghee in a pan
  2. Add makhana and roast well till crisp
  3. Keep roasted makhana in a plate
  4. Now add grated dry coconut and roast in a same pan till colour change slightly.
  5. Turn off the flame once dry coconut roast well
  6. Keep a side in a plate till mixture become warm.
  7. Add sugar in a makhana and dry coconut mixture in a mixture jar.
  8. Make a fine powder.
  9. Take a makhana powder in a plate.
  10. Add nuts powder mix all ingredients well.
  11. Add cardamom powder and milk mix well
  12. Now make a ladoo.
  13. Makhana ladoo is ready to serve.

My Tip:

Add nuts as per your taste.
