Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. semolina half cup
  2. curd
  3. chopped capsicum
  4. chopped onions
  5. chopped tomatoes
  6. salt
  7. red chilli powder
  8. chat masala
  9. black pepper a pinch
  10. water
  11. ghee

Instructions

  1. take a bowl and add all the ingredients except ghee,
  2. keep it aside for 10 mins,
  3. meanwhile heat the paniyaram pan,
  4. when it's hot brush the pan with ghee and add the batter,
  5. fill it up only half only,cover it with the lid and sim the gas after 2-3 minutes,
  6. if it looks cooked then turn it with the stick which is given by the pan only,
  7. cover the lid and sim it for 5 minutes,
  8. check the browning,if you want more then keep it for more couple of minutes otherwise take it off,
  9. serve hot with the green chutney or any chutney you prefer.
