This is french dessert but has indian.flavours. It has fresh fruits and praline which add crunch yo the dish

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2 cup sago pearls soaked
  2. 1 litre full cream milk
  3. Few saffron.strands
  4. Pinch of cardomon powder
  5. Sugar to taste
  6. .2.kiwi chopped
  7. 1.pomogrenate peeled
  8. For praline
  9. 4 tbsp sugar
  10. 2 tbsp rice crispies
  11. 1 tsp coconut flakes toasted
  12. 1 tbsp chopped other dry fruit of choice
  13. Toasted

Instructions

  1. Add milk to a sauce pan .Bring it to boil
  2. Add soaked sago pearls and let it cool in milk for 30 mins .Add saffron strands and cardomon powder
  3. Cook till sago pearls is cooked and milk thickens
  4. Chop kiwi in small piece
  5. Peel 1.pomogrenate
  6. For praline
  7. Heat a non stick pan . To this add sugar and let it melt without stirring.
  8. After sugar melts add all the ingredients and mix well.
  9. Let it set on silicon sheet and before it sets cut in desired shape
  10. For presetation
  11. In tranparent glass alternatively add sago pudding and fruits and garnish with praline
