ABOUT Colour full checkboard cake with chocolate ganache RECIPE

It's tri colour checkboard cake . I use green ,red,and yellow colour to make checkboard cake with chocolate ganache and with cream and lots of cherries.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Maida-2cup
  2. Sugar-1cup
  3. Oil-1cup
  4. Vanilla extract -2,3drops
  5. Milk-1cup
  6. Curd-1/4cup
  7. Baking powder-1tsp
  8. Baking soda-1/2tsp
  9. Green ,red, yellow colour-1+1+1pinch
  10. For ganache
  11. Amul cream-200gm
  12. Dark chocolate-1/2cup
  13. Butter-1tbsp
  14. Vanilla extract 2,3drops
  15. For decoration
  16. Amul cream -2tbsp
  17. Colourful cherries-1tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mix baking powder, baking soda in curd and rest for 2minutes.
  2. Sift maida in a bowl and mix oil, sugar, vanilla essence,milk to it and make smooth batter and lastly add curd mixture and make thick batter without lumps.
  3. Divide batter into three parts. Add colours to each part and make three colour batters.
  4. Grease small round shape mould with oil and add one colour batter in it. Bake in microwave for 4 minutes on convection mode.
  5. Make all three cakes as it is.
  6. When the cakes are cooled down, take one cake and cut in middle with small bowl and again cut with a small glass , three ring of cake are ready.
  7. Cut the other two cakes in same way.
  8. Now set the cake, take one colour cake ring like (red colour ring set in yellow small ring in red ring and set small green cake in it )and ready one layer cake.
  9. Take another cake ring like( yellow ring set in small green ring in yellow ring and set small red cake in it )and get ready with second layer.
  10. Now take another cake ring like(green ring set in small red ring and set small yellow cake in it )and ready third layer.
  11. For ganache- Heat a pan and boil Amul cream on low flame, add chocolate and butter in it and mix well. Ganache is ready.
  12. When the mixture cools down, spread ganache on cake's each layer well.
