Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Flour 100grams
  2. Raw Sugar 100grams
  3. Eggs 3nos
  4. Butter 100grams
  5. Vanilla Essence 1teaspoon
  6. Water as required
  7. Cake gel 6grams

Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour along with baking pdr and soda .
  2. Beat sugar along with eggs and add Vanilla essence salt while mixing.
  3. Mix till sugar dissolves completely.
  4. Add gel and mix Further.
  5. Add flour and mix roughly and also add required water.
  6. Pour the batter into greased cake moulds of the desired shapes.
  7. Bake at 150 deg. temp. for 30 to 40 minutes.
