About Super Spicy Maggi Recipe

I had some mo mo chutney left over so I decided to use it to make this dish.

Super Spicy Maggi

Ingredients to make Super Spicy Maggi

  • 2 tbsp hot momo chutney
  • 1/2 sliced red bell pepper
  • 2 finely chopped jalapeño
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 small tomato
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cube of cheese
  • 300 ml water

How to make Super Spicy Maggi

  1. In a non stick frying pan, add in butter and fry the garlic and jalapeños. Crush the garlic by the wooden spatula.
  2. Add in the red bell pepper and fry for a minute. Add 1 small tomato slices. Fry for a minute.
  3. Add in the momo chutney and 300 ml water. Turn the gas on high.
  4. Add in the Maggie noodles. Stir and add in 1 sachet of masala.
  5. Add a pinch of salt and cover for a minute. Open and grate in 1 cheese cube. Cover for another minute.
  6. Gently stir in the noodles. Do not cover it now. Add 1/2 of the second sachet of masala. Mix well, make sure the noodles are cooked.
  7. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle the rest of the masala and serve hot!

My Tip:

I always sprinkle freshly ground black pepper before serving.
