ABOUT Chocolate sponge cake RECIPE

Its a simple chocolate sponge cake with dry fruit and choco chips..goes well with tea or coffee..so soft and spongy.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Maida one cup
  2. Milk powder half cup
  3. Sugar half cup
  4. Baking soda 1/4 tea spoon
  5. Baking powder half tea spoon
  6. Salt a pinch
  7. Milk half cup
  8. Coco powder three tea spoons
  9. Vanilla essence one tea spoon
  10. Melted butter half cup
  11. Chopped walnuts and badam 4_5 tea spoons
  12. Choco chips 3-4 tea spoons

Instructions

  1. Sieve dry ingredients(maida ,baking powder,baking soda ,sugar and coco powder ) for four to five times
  2. Take a bowl add milk and butter
  3. Beet them with electric beeter for few minutes
  4. Add dry ingredients and vanilla essence
  5. Mix well and take half kilogram cake tin
  6. Here's with butter or oil n pour cake better in it
  7. Add dry fruits n choco chip and bake in preheated oven for 30_35 minutes on 180 degree
  8. Check with tooth pic if it comes out clear then it's ready Switch of the oven and keep cake in it for next half and hour
  9. Take out the cake n let it cool completely
  10. Now it's ready to eat
