Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Gram flour 100 grams
  2. Sugar 150 grams
  3. Oil or ghee for deep frying
  4. Some chopped dry fruits
  5. Elaichi powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Oil 1 teaspoon
  7. Yellow food colour 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take 100 grams gram flour one teaspoon oil and yellow colour
  2. Put the gram flour in a bowl
  3. Add half cup water
  4. Make a smooth paste add oil and colour
  5. Make a smooth consistency
  6. Hot the oil in kadai and take a laddle
  7. Check the oil to put a drop
  8. Its ready for frying
  9. Pour some better on laddle and make bundi
  10. Make in batches
  11. Fry for 2 minute only
  12. Fry all the bundi with same process
  13. Take 150 grams sugar and half cup of water
  14. Make a thick chasni
  15. Add bundi with chasni
  16. Give a mix
  17. Cook for two minute to cover it
  18. Its ready now
  19. Take some kaju ,magaz ,pishta and badam
  20. Roast it for two minutes
  21. Its done
  22. Add with bundi
  23. Mix it
  24. Put in a bowl to cool completely
  25. Garnish with dry fruits
  26. Add some dry rose petal serve and enjoy
